Established in
1998, Maludai Technology, one of the CPUSER Group, based
on CPUSER's abundant R&D experiences in manufacturing
electro mechanism components, followed its original
management principle , we intergraded senior &
responsible R&D engineers, organized manufacturing
system and aggressive marketing sales to serve worldwide
customers.
In view of rooting for "domestic"
ideal in this field, our R&D team went to Japan in
1996 and learned the know-how as well as our technical
fundamental, after numerous try & errors, we
successfully developed our own carrier tape, plastic reel and cover
tape. In the meantime, we found most of our
competitors' tapes failed to protect the reeled products
from peeling off during transportation, and also the
components might burst out during taping work, etc, our
team carefully proceed with the raw material research
work & tooling design to enhance production
performance. Consequently, we built up a solid system to
control our cost & also keep quality at 100% meeting
EIA & JIS Standard. After the 1st developing stage,
we are now entering into the whole production facility
export business to serve all IC package & SMT
components taping house.
Maludai Technology joined TSIA (Taiwan
Semiconductor Industry Association) in early 2002. Our
carrier tape shall be the major partner in all SMT
components production process as well as a "wheel of
IC" in this field. Since 2000, our carrier tape has
been approved and classified into the best-buy quality by
global semiconductor manufacturers. This honor encourage
us keep sticking to strict quality control and toward all
our customers' benefit additionally.
